3. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy, such as with service providers who perform services on our behalf or when required by law.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specifically regarding Google Calendar data:

  • Retention: We retain cached calendar events only for the duration needed to generate available scheduling slots. This cache is automatically cleared when it expires or is no longer needed. We do not store your calendar events permanently.
  • Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@buxo.ai or through your account settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your OAuth tokens, account credentials, and any saved scheduling preferences from our active databases within 30 days.
  • Revoking Access: You may also revoke Buxo's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings. If access is revoked, we will delete the corresponding OAuth tokens from our system.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Your calendar data is accessed via secure APIs and we prioritize the security of your training instructions.
